We searched our favorite plumbing-supply store for a new kitchen faucet, but found only expensive, fancy faucets that looked too high for our kitchen. All the new levers are too short, have too little travel, and are *very* difficult to adjust with just a nudge of your arm (necessary when both hands are messy or occupied!). Desperate, we turned to this decades-old standard. One caveat: Our plumber had to use longer flexible piping to avoid a kink with the new faucet lines, but he threw that in for free.

We love it and it looks really good in our old-fashioned kitchen. It is so easy to turn on, off, and adjust the temperature, that at first we had to get used to not using brute force. Very satisfied. Our old one lasted for decades.
